12 hours per week of rowing, 4 hours of cycling, and 4 hours of weight training. Todd will also be joining the Train 2 Train sessions this fall.
Athlete throughout high school and college. Currently training for Paralympics in rowing.
I did about six months worth of Motorvation training with Darbe and it was excellent! She's energetic, thoughtful, and creative in her training with me. I learned new useful skills like juggling and would gladly work with her again.
