  • Reciting 451 digits of Pi from memory while maintaining complex continuous movement

Video documentation

Reciting 131 digits of Pi from memory. Maintaining a steady tempo to reduce any mental/speech hesitations
Switching motor programs, adding words as an interference, reciting the digits backwards at the very end.
Maintaining continuous & automatic movement while reciting digits of Pi in the correct order and passing off to the next person. They have to pick up at the correct digit where the previous person left off. This is extremely difficult. Pull up the first 200 digits of Pi and try to follow along.
Marching while reciting 21 digits of Pi and a tempo that matches the movement. Then jogging and reciting the same digits at a much faster tempo connecting the digits to the speed of the jog. Then marching while reciting the digits faster than the tempo of the march and finally jogging and reciting the digits backwards at a tempo that is slower than the job.
"Thanks to Darbe's work with me, I have reached a whole new level of resiliency and feel more in control than I have in years."
